ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

In 2018, I officially launched a nonprofit organization called SurfearNEGRA with a singular goal to make surfing accessible to any kid, anywhere. The organization has already been celebrated across the industry and in global media outlets such as Oprah Magazine, Surfer Magazine and The Drew Barrymore Show.  [See Press]

In 2021, I was confirmed onto the Board of Directors for USA Surfing, the governing body for the U.S. Olympic Committee.

The privilege to serve in leadership positions such as these allows me to reinforce the significant & positive impact of women-led enterprise.
